We use song to improve the health of the lungs, focusing on posture, breath control and relaxation. Sessions are open to all, whether or not you have a health problem. No previous experience is necessary as everything is taught by ear.

Each voice part has a leader who guides you , making teaching layers of harmony much quicker.

Enjoying ourselves singing together at the sessions is more important than getting songs perfect for a concert but we do sound really good and like to share our love of singing with others at occasional performances.

An enthusiastic men’s group singing sea shanties and other songs to encourage more men to sing and hopefully join Blue Sky Community Choir. No need to read music.
